Easter 2017 – Healthy Chocolate? Yes please!

Welcome to Elements Chiropractic and thank you for joining us on our new website and blog.

We want to give you a fantastic recipe to enjoy over the 2017 Easter Break.

It is easy, simple, healthy and of course delicious.

1 cup raw cacao
2-3 tablespoons raw honey
1 cup cacao butter Or coconut oil

Gently melt the butter / oil (keep it below 60 degrees!)
Add the cacao 1-2 teaspoons at a time.
It should be quite runny still!
Add honey to taste – it will thicken up!
Pour into chocolate molds or ice cube trays and allow to set in the fridge/freezer!

You can add a dash of vanilla, a pinch of Himalayan sea salt, a little nut butter, goji berries or raspberries… The choices are endless & healthy!
