What is one thing you really want to start but you’re afraid to?
A new hobby? a new sport? a new friendship? a new love? tick off a bucket list item? learn a new language?!
Change is one of the most empowering feelings on earth.
It can also be one of the most confronting feelings.
Some change can often feel similar to or evoke in us the sensation of loss, grief, fear, anger, resentment, hatred, negativity or sadness. It can take us well out of our comfort zone and makes us feel awkward, embarrassed or ashamed.
Other change actually removes feelings of guilt, worry, ill health and stress.
At the end of the day we all know change happens, whether we perceive it as good or bad, massive or incremental.
Being able to embrace change, be it little or large, is a key to attaining peace of mind.
Imagine if you didn’t have to THINK so much about your pain, worry, fear, regret.
Your central nervous system is built to process your emotions and responses to change. Network Spinal Analysis is a way to facilitate change with out constantly re-living traumatic events or on-going exposure to the feelings that have caused you negative affects.
